Oriental Coffee International Hiring! Full Time Order - Delivery Management Intern in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 1,000 - Ricebowl

Duration:

• 3–6 months (possibility of extension based on performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing administrative documents such as invoices, delivery orders (DO), and purchase orders (PO).
• Organize, file, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Support inventory management by updating stock records and monitoring stock movement.
• Assist in tracking stock levels and coordinating with the procurement team for replenishment.
• Help monitor inventory to minimize expired or excess stock.
• Assist in tracking orders and coordinating deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in resolving delivery discrepancies and updating relevant records.
• Prepare and update reports related to inventory, orders, and deliveries.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate information in the system.
• Provide general administrative support to the Operations team.
• Perform other duties or projects assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an added advantage.

- Taman Perindustrian Putra, Puchong

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
