• Supervise and support retail assistants in delivering high quality customer service
• Supervise daily activities, including opening and closing procedures
• Provide training, guidance, and support the sales team members in order to enhance their understanding of products, sales method, and customer service abilities
• Motivate team to achieve sales target
• Lead by example in promoting and selling products, upselling, and cross-selling to meet store sales target
• Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and special events
• Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with management to plan and execute in-store promotions, sales and special events.
• Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, fully stocked, and displays are neat and appealing
• Track and report daily sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory levels
• Help enforce store policies, including loss prevention strategies, to minimize theft and other risks
• Have an experience in e-commerce is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
