Responsibility & Acccountability

1. Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process

2. Conduct in-process inspections and verify production quality records

3. Identify and contain nonconforming products to prevent shipment of defective products

4. Investigate customer complaints, internal defects, and process deviations

5. Perform root cause analysis using quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and Pareto Analysis.

6. Lead and monitor corrective and preventive actions

7. Analyze production quality data and identify trends.

8. Support Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives

9. Work closely with production, maintenance, engineering, and planning teams to improve process capability.

10. Train production personnel on quality standards, inspection methods, and defect awareness

11. Promote quality awareness throughout the production department

12. Support cross-functional teams in quality improvement projects

Competency Requirement

1) Education and Experience :

- Diploma or Advance or Higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field

- 5 Years and above on xperience in manufacturing or production quality engineering Familiarity with quality tools including 7 QC Tools, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, and CAPA Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,405.50 per month
