URGENT HIRING: MANDARIN SPEAKER HR EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and administration
• Handle employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation
• Manage recruitment, onboarding and employee matters
• Prepare HR reports, letters, memos and related documents
• Handle payroll-related administration and employee claims
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented
• Liaise with employees, management and relevant authorities
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and regulations

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, or related field
• Experienced HR Executive – MUST
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and Malaysian employment practices
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations and HR administration
• Good knowledge of Employment Act 1955 and related labour regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Mandarin speaking & understanding – MUST
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently
