Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant, café, or food service operations.
- Ensure smooth and efficient service during operating hours.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Assign duties and prepare staff work schedules.
- Assist in stock counts and inventory audits.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food and beverage items.
