Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operations support to the team
• Handle sample product management, including tracking and organizing inventory
• Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and basic support
• Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and documentation
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
