Job Summary:

A Warehouse Assistant supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. They help maintain inventory accuracy, ensure workplace safety, and keep the warehouse organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries.
• Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
• Prepare shipments for dispatch and coordinate with delivery personnel.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory audits.
• Label, sort, and organize products and materials.
• Other ad-hoc logistics task as assigned

Requirements:

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage.
• Must be able to lift heavy loads up to 12kg.
• Comfortable standing for long periods during working hours.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Working Hours: 5.5 Work Week - Saturday Half Day
