Position 职位  - Government Grants Executive 政府补助金专员

Work Week工作时间

• 5 Days Work Week 五天工作制
• Annual Leave 7 Days onwards
• Singaporean& PR only

Job Scope工作内容
• Research and identify government grants, subsidies, and funding opportunities
研究及寻找适合公司的政府补助金、津贴及资助计划

• Prepare and submit grant applications accurately and ontime
准备并提交补助金申请，确保准确及按时完成

• Liaise with government agencies and consultants on grantmatters
与政府机构及顾问沟通及跟进补助金相关事宜

• Coordinate with internal departments to gather requireddocuments and information
与内部部门协调，收集申请所需文件及资料

• Track and follow up on grant applications, claims, andreporting
跟进申请进度、申领及报告要求

• Ensure compliance with grant conditions and reportingrequirements
确保符合补助金条款及报告要求

• Assist in corporate development and other ad-hoc projects
协助公司发展及其他临时项目

Requirements任职要求
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
商业、财务、会计或相关专业大专或以上学历

• Good research, analytical, and organizational skills
具备良好的研究、分析及组织能力

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
良好的沟通与人际交往能力

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel &PowerPoint)
熟练使用Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multipletasks
注重细节，有责任心，能同时处理多项任务

• Experience with government grants is an advantage but notessential
有政府补助金申请经验者优先，但非必需
