Responsibilities:

    Lead by example on the sales floorto train team members deliver on sales targets and key KPI’s such as RetailPerformance & Operations: Customer Care, Sales & Stock Management,Visual Merchandising, Operations, Human Resources, Loss Prevention

    Determine and communicatepriorities to the team on a daily basis through the daily sales plan. Managingdaily, weekly and monthly sales operations

    Maintain outstanding storecondition and execute visual merchandising brief in a timely and effectivemanner in accordance with company expectations

    Maintain store administration andensure compliance with policies and procedures

    Ensure high levels of customerssatisfaction through excellent service

    Be aware of and ensure safetystandards are always a priority

    Collaborate closely with all otherfunctional team leads

    Provide regular feedback to teammembers to support their individual development and team performance

    Oversee general storeadministration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures, includinggoods receiving & transfers and cashier balancing

Requirements:

    At least 5-7 years of relevantexperience

    Passion in customer service

    An interest in  Fashion and Retail

    Strong leadership skills

    Thrive on problem solving

    A desire to make a difference

    Excellent time management skills

    Ability to work well within a team

    Excellent interpersonal andcommunications skills with the ability to build a team and maintain strongrelationships at all levels of the business.

    Excellent organizational skills,with the ability to prioritize workload and deliver to tight deadlines
