What You'll Do

Find Amazing Talent

• Source and engage top technology professionals through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Build talent communities and long-term candidate relationships.
• Use creative sourcing strategies to find hidden talent.

Become a Talent Matchmaker

• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
• Understand candidates' career goals, motivations, and strengths.
• Match talent with exciting opportunities in technology.

Partner with Hiring Leaders

• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Learn about different technology functions and teams.
• Provide insights and recommendations on talent availability and hiring trends.

Own the Recruitment Journey

• Manage candidates from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and candidate experience.
• Ensure every candidate has a professional and engaging recruitment experience.

Grow Your Market Knowledge

• Stay updated on technology trends, emerging skills, and salary benchmarks.
• Develop expertise across cloud, cybersecurity, software engineering, data, infrastructure, and project management.

What We're Looking For:

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, executive search, or headhunting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technology positions is highly preferred.

Skills & Qualities

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
