Job Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide personalised service
Understand customers’ preferences and recommend suitable clothing and accessories
Share product knowledge and the craftsmanship behind each Xiu Atelier piece
Provide styling advice and help customers coordinate complete looks
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Identify opportunities to recommend additional or complementary products
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases
Follow up with customers on new arrivals and suitable products
Maintain a clean and presentable boutique environment
Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures
Perform other duties assigned by management

Requirements

Passionate about fashion and sales
Friendly and confident in approaching customers
Strong communication and customer service skills
Well-groomed with a professional appearance
Able to provide styling recommendations
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Retail or customer service experience is preferred
Experience in luxury fashion or premium retail is an advantage
Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to support customer needs
