Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of recruitment from recruitment to payroll to off-boarding
- Payroll processing for 100 headcounts
- Involved in work passes applications and renewals
- To act as a first point of contact regarding queries and transactions on all routine HR matters
- Carry out all routine HR transactional matters according to approved policies and procedures, and within prescribed timelines. I.e. leave administration, medical, insurance claims and maternity leave arrangements etc.
- Compile monthly HR Reports
- Other HR administrative duties and projects as assigned
