**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee building operations and maintenance systems across our Singapore office. You will ensure optimal facility performance whilst maintaining a safe, efficient working environment for our diverse team.



**Job Description**

• Manage daily facility operations including HVAC, electrical systems, and building maintenance programmes

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and compliance inspections

• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and oversee space planning initiatives

• Ensure adherence to Singapore building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards



**Job Requirements**

• Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field

• Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities management or building operations
• Preferably in Manufacturing industry
