We’re looking for a hands-on Procurement & Operations Executive to own our purchasing across the group and support our project and operations teams, a role with real ownership in a lean, collaborative team.

Job Description:

- Own end-to-end procurement: sourcing, comparing and negotiating quotations, issuing POs, and managing suppliers and deliveries

- ⁠Build and maintain the item master and inventory records in our ERP

- ⁠Support system and workflow improvements

- ⁠Handle operational admin: PPE/consumables replenishment, machine/vehicle upkeep etc

- ⁠Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Diploma in Business, Supply Chain or related; 3+ years in procurement/purchasing

- ⁠Strong negotiation, organisation and Excel skills; comfortable with ERP/inventory systems

- ⁠Construction, engineering or building-materials experience an advantage
