  • Maintain and update client, agent, and counterparty portfolio records accurately
  • Manage client account modifications, including static data changes, account status updates, and e-banking requests
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and front-office teams to resolve operational queries

  • >1 year of banking back office experience
  • Good interpersonal skills
