• Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and maintain sales records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and documentation.
• Follow up on purchase orders, customer payments, and service agreements when required.
• Prepare simple sales reports and update customer and vendor records.
• Provide customer support, handle enquiries, and assist with sales and marketing activities. 

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or customer service.
• Basic computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
• Organised, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks.
