Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales

• Greet customers, demonstrate products, and close sales using friendly, consultative conversations.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets while suggesting add-ons and suitable alternatives.

Store Operations & Merchandising

• Keep displays tidy, restock shelves, and ensure pricing and signage are accurate.
• Assist with receiving shipments, checking inventory, and flagging low-stock items for reorder.

Reporting & Teamwork

• Record sales and customer feedback, and share insights with the team to improve store performance.
• Support colleagues during busy periods and help maintain a positive store environment.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum SPM or equivalent, with any retail or customer-facing experience considered a plus.
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with around 0 years of experience; availability for retail hours including weekends is expected.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Familiarity with sports products or willingness to learn product features and fit for footwear and apparel.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Friendly communicator with a service mindset and patience when helping customers choose products.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn while working well in a small, supportive team.
