 Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of sales or business development experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in agriculture, nursery or landscaping industry is an added advantage.

 Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Floravigor fertilizer products to new and existing customers.
• Identify and develop new dealers, distributors and business partners.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Build strong relationships with nurseries, landscapers, farms and agricultural businesses.
• Follow up on sales enquiries and close deals.
• Prepare quotations and sales proposals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor competitors and market trends.
• Prepare weekly sales and customer visit reports.
• Attend exhibitions, roadshows and promotional events when required.
