Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the B2B payment solutions or financial services industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently.
- Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and pursuing new sales leads through prospecting, networking and market research
- Conducting effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services
- Negotiating and closing sales contracts with potential clients.
- Providing excellent customer service and support to maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Participate in events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to represent the company and strengthen brand and presence.
- Work closely with the internal teams (operations, product, customer experience etc.) to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
