Responsibilities

Responsibilities
Assist to set up, implement and maintain all facilities / equipment within venues / properties and ensure they are compliant to safety standard.
Conduct regular check and update maintenance record for all building facilities and components.
Coordinate and monitor the quality of contractors work and carry out inspection upon completion of work.
Perform and monitor the day-to-day operation and set up for business operations.
Standby for event and communicate with related parties to ensure smooth real-time operation and in charge of emergency call for any system failure.
Perform routine and ad-hoc maintenance and repair tasks for the building.
Perform any ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
Secondary school or above.
Minimum 3 years solid experience in operation and maintenance of building, building services and support works in event operations
A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills an able to work independent
Well organized, self-motivated, multi-tasking, responsible and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
Knowledge of operation and maintenance of builder’s works / building services and / or works in event operations
Shift duty is required
