Responsibilities

Your new role will:
Handle inquiries and manage information counters at our commercial buildings
Provide premium customer services to our tenants, customers and the public
Handle any visitors’ registration as required
Report issues relating to the building to the relevant building management office for actions
What you'll need to succeed:
F.5 / DSE graduate or above
Possess 1 – 2 years' working experience in the customer service or hospitality industry, fresh graduates with high potential will also be considered
Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Strong customer service skills and interpersonal skills
Willingness to wear uniform
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm
