IMMEDIATE VACANCY – Permanent Position

Primary Location: Setapak, Kuala Lumpur

Working Days/Hours: Monday to Saturday (8:30am-5:30pm)

Salary Range: Basic RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month + overtime

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting in all maintenance-related tasks, including:

• Carry out maintenance of building & structure, electrical, plumbing and air-condition.
• Perform maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of air conditioning systems (cleaning filters, checking units, reporting faults)
• Assist in general maintenance works (electrical, plumbing and basic repairs)
• Carry out minor repair works and support major repair activities
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
• Flexibility to handle multiple tasks across different areas as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or any relevant maintenance certification
• Basic knowledge of electrical, building maintenance, and air conditioning systems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work
• Positive attitude, responsible, and punctual
• Team player with good communication skills
• Possess a valid GDL driving license
