KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content Planning

• Plan and develop short-form video content ideas based on the brand, products and current social media trends.
• Create simple content plans/scripts before shooting.
• Suggest creative ideas to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Keep up with current TikTok, Reels and social media trends.

2. Video Shooting

• Shoot short videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Handle video shooting independently using a smartphone/camera and basic equipment.
• Shoot different types of content, including:
• Product-focused videos
• Brand awareness videos
• Educational/informative content
• Promotional videos
• Trend-based content
• Videos featuring talents or staff
• Coordinate with talents/models/staff when they are required for the video.

3. Content Creation

• Turn ideas into engaging and easy-to-understand short videos.
• Create content that communicates the brand and product message clearly.
• Ensure videos are suitable for the target audience and aligned with Efferty’s brand image.

4. Video Editing

• Edit short-form videos for social media platforms.
• Add suitable captions, text, music, transitions and other basic effects.
• Ensure videos are engaging, clean and suitable for posting.
• Make revisions based on feedback when required.

5. Social Media Content Support

• Prepare completed videos in the required format for posting.
• Assist the marketing team with daily/weekly social media content.
• Monitor content performance and suggest ideas for improvement.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
