Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and improve manufacturing processes, workflows, and layouts to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Perform capacity planning, equipment utilization analysis, and process optimization.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by developing efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production performance and integrate new equipment.
• Prepare engineering reports, monitor process performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, company policies, and perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of Industrial Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (high-mix, low-volume or high-volume production).
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Root Cause Analysis, and Continuous Improvement.
• Knowledge of ergonomics, factory layout planning, and basic automation concepts is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
