• Leadership: Guiding junior techs, managing workflow, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Technical Expertise: Mastering complex repairs, like micro-soldering or iPhone motherboard fixes (as seen in world championships).
• Customer Service: Communicating technical issues clearly, providing solutions, building trust.
• Inventory/Service Management: Potentially managing parts, pricing, and service quality.

Requirement:

• Gain experience (2+ years) in phone repair.
• Build a strong technical portfolio (certifications, case studies).
• Develop leadership and communication skills.
