Responsibilities

• Welcome and register patients
• Manage appointments and scheduling
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient enquiries
• Process payments and issue receipts
• Maintain patient records
• Keep the reception and waiting area clean and organized
• Assist therapists with daily clinic operations when needed
• Perform general administrative duties

Requirements

• SPM graduate or above
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Full-time or Part-time positions available
• Friendly, responsible, and well-organized
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
• Willing to learn and work in a team
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
