We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join a global IT support team. If you have experience in technical support, enjoy solving IT issues

As a Service Desk Engineer, you will provide Level 1 technical support to users across the APAC region through voice and chat channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot issues related to desktops, operating systems, networking, messaging, and hardware.
• Log and manage incidents and service requests throughout their lifecycle.
• Deliver excellent customer service while resolving technical issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams.
• Continuously learn and improve technical knowledge.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in an international Service Desk or IT Helpdesk environment.
• Experience supporting APAC users is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in infrastructure technical support.
• Good knowledge of:
• Desktop Support
• Hardware Troubleshooting
• Windows OS
• Networking
• Messaging Systems
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Willing to work 24/7 rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
