Position: Technical Engineer

Scope of Work

We are looking for a Schedular (Service Coordinator) to join our team and play an important role in ensuring customer service requests are scheduled, coordinated, and completed within the required KPI.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, customer-focused, proactive, and enjoys coordinating with customers and contractors to ensure every service request is handled smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibility :

• Schedule and coordinate service requests for customers within the agreed KPI and timeline.
• Monitor daily service requests and ensure all jobs are properly assigned to contractors.
• Follow up on unattended or delayed jobs and coordinate with contractors to reschedule where necessary.
• Ensure 100% attendance and completion of scheduled jobs assigned to contractors.
• Monitor the service request queue and ensure all requests are cleared and actioned on a daily basis.
• Communicate with customers to understand and troubleshoot service issues, where required.
• Prepare MRF and review previous job records to ensure the appropriate action is taken to resolve the current issue.
• Analyse delayed or slipped schedules and identify suitable recovery or alternative solutions.
• Maintain close communication with customers and contractors to ensure smooth service coordination.
• Support a high level of customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and effective issue resolution.
• Conduct customer surveys or follow-up calls to understand and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Prepare relevant reports and updates when required.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience with SPM or Diploma qualification.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Good critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and coordination skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• English – good working proficiency.
• Bahasa Malaysia – good working proficiency.
• Comfortable handling multiple service requests and following up to ensure timely completion.

Working Hours 8:30am -5:00pm (Mon-Fri),

Alternate Saturday (Half Day) 8:00am- 12:00pm
