• Bachelor's degree in Piano Performance.
• Strong knowledge of the ABRSM syllabus and examination requirements, with the ability to effectively incorporate them into lesson planning and teaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of different ages and proficiency levels.
• Passionate about music education and committed to nurturing each student's musical, technical, and personal development.
• Responsible, professional, well-organised, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents.
• Proficient in spoken and written English; bilingual candidates (English and Mandarin) are preferred.
• Willing and able to work on weekends as part of the School's teaching schedule.
• Previous teaching experience is an advantage, although outstanding fresh graduates with strong performance and pedagogical skills are welcome to apply.
