Job Description

As our Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand on the floor. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, and your job is to turn curiosity into connection and connection into sales.This isn't a passive role. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of the floor, proactively engages shoppers, and genuinely enjoys the art of conversation. The product sells itself — your job is to start the conversation and let it do the rest.The role runs from 26 June to 31 August 2026, with an option to extend. Saturday is our highest-traffic day - your presence on weekends is essential.

What you'll be doing: 

• Represent the brand on the floor: Greet customers, initiate conversations, and create a welcoming brand experience that reflects our premium positioning.
• Tell the brand story: Share the brand's heritage, sustainability credentials, and design philosophy with confidence and authenticity. Customers should leave knowing exactly why this brand is different. 
• Drive sales: Convert footfall into purchases. Understand the product range, know which SKUs to recommend for different customer profiles, and confidently handle questions on pricing, features, and gifting options.
• Maintain display standards: Keep the display looking pristine at all times. Monitor stock levels, flag replenishment needs, and ensure the floor always reflects the premium nature of the brand.
• Share feedback: You're our eyes and ears on the floor. Share customer feedback, popular questions, and product observations with the team to help us continuously improve.
