Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating projects and events? Join our Integrated Marketing Excellence (IME) team and gain exposure to marketing operations, customer experience initiatives, and regional projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate corporate events, product launches, seminars, and exhibitions.
• Manage event vendors, logistics, and marketing collateral.
• Support marketing administration, procurement, and budget tracking.
• Maintain inventory of promotional items and marketing assets.
• Coordinate the company's Net Promoter Score (NPS) program and customer feedback initiatives.
• Prepare reports and collaborate with local, regional, and HQ stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 1-2 years' experience in marketing support, event coordination, or administrative roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
