Facility Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to lead our site’s facility infrastructure, utility systems, and maintenance operations. In this role, you will play a key part in protecting operational uptime, driving asset reliability, and ensuring site readiness for upcoming manufacturing expansions.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure & Utilities: Manage electrical systems, compressed air, HVAC, and process utilities to ensure 100% operational continuity and energy efficiency.
• Maintenance & Reliability: Establish PM/PdM strategies, drive TPM/OEE initiatives, and optimize key reliability metrics (MTTR, MTBF).
• Expansion Projects: Lead facility readiness, utility line setups, and contractor management for new equipment installations and factory expansions.
• Risk & Compliance: Maintain site Business Continuity Plans (BCP), ensure regulatory compliance, and support quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor in-house technicians, engineering personnel, and third-party service providers.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in industrial facilities, plant maintenance, or manufacturing engineering.
• Certifications: Chargeman certification is highly preferred/required.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong foundation in industrial utilities, equipment reliability, TPM methodologies, and IATF 16949 standards.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
