· Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in human resources, Business Administration, or related field experience.

· At least one year of human resource management experience preferred.

· Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

· Excellent communication and people skills

· Aptitude in problem-solving

· Able to work with less supervision

· Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach

· Knowledge in administrative activities and internal control policy and procedure

· Must be well versed with Employment Act

Must be self-motivated with ability to multi-task and manage time well

· To settle worker’s resignation / termination exit

· To conduct induction for new staff

· To calculate overtime entry records and documentations

· To monitor daily attendance of all staff

· To initiate and request Director to carry out training needs

· To promote harmonious working environment (e.g: sports club, monthly outing etc.)

· To record and submit report on staff leave and attendance

· To act as the point of contact regarding government legislation issues, e.g.:- Labor office, EPF, LHDN, Socso and etc

· To handle worker’s disciplinary matters

· To assist in renewal of employee and site worker’s permit / CIDB cards or other construction passes

· To update employee handbook as when required.

· Managing training development, staff activities and bank account registration.

· Setting Office SOP and reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

· Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees’ attendance / absenteeism and report to Director

Assist Executive, Admin in administration tasks as required

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
