• Supervise daily production operations.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure output targets are met.
• Ensure product quality and workplace safety standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with production teams and other departments.
• Resolve production issues and improve workflow efficiency.
• Prepare production reports and perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in a related field.
• Preferably with experience in the furniture manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
