Job Responsibilities :

• Set up Engineering/Operation, plans, organizes, directs and manages product engineer and day to day operation
• Lead process engineering and equipment maintenance teams, including schedules and downtime.
• Monitor process performance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review, improve upon, and set standards for organization-wide manufacturing
• Manage daily tactical and long-term strategic initiatives with the process engineering team
• Using CAD and Solidwork drawing software, proficient in sheet metal production processes, and familiar with product processing processes
• Follow up production coordination to solve problems
• Design and production of jigs and fixtures
• Complete sheet metal 3D decomposition diagrams, and production process diagrams independently
• Support new product introduction (NPI), prototype builds, and process validation.
• Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and purchasing departments.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency by reducing cycle time, scrap, and rework.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of sheet metal processes such as laser cutting, CNC punching, bending, welding, and assembly.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or Six Sigma principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD or SolidWorks) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
