Job Summary

The Material & Supply Chain Assistant is responsible for supporting the raw material inventory management, finished goods stocks, and production material planning activities to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations. The role involves coordinating with production, quality assurance and SCM to ensure timely availability of raw materials while assisting logistics in finished goods management and shipment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receiving and Issuance of raw materials to production / QC
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and finished goods.
• Ensure sufficient stock is available to support production schedules.
• Conduct periodic stock counts.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for incoming material inspections.
• Coordinate SCM/logistics for local and international shipments.
• Prepare carton labels and packing list
• Ensure all purchasing and inventory documentation is properly filed and traceable.

Requirements :

• Min Cert / Diploma in any field
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
