Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer to join our company. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards and customer specifications. You will collaborate closely with the production team to monitor, test, and inspect products throughout the manufacturing process. Your goal will be to maintain the highest levels of product quality and ensure that our processes are compliant with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Planning and Control:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures for CNC machining operations.
• Work with production engineers to establish quality standards and tolerances for machined components.
• Create and maintain detailed inspection plans, including in-process and final inspections.

Inspection and Testing:

• Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, CMMs, and gauges.
• Perform first article inspections (FAI) and generate reports.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action for any non-conformities identified during the inspection process.

Process Improvement:

• Analyze production processes and workflows to identify opportunities for quality improvement and increased efficiency.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements and ensure their effectiveness.
• Maintain and update quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality records.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure that all products and processes comply with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain detailed quality reports, inspection records, and documentation for internal and external audits.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits.

Collaboration and Training:

• Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives.
• Provide training and support to machine operators and production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
