Job description
*Have to wear cleanroom suit (4-5 hours per day)
*Daily job- Morning - meeting, Afternoon - client site, maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, Evening - report
*Report to Team Lead (Career progression to team lead - group leader, department manager)
1. Technical support and troubleshooting for semiconductor equipment, dedicated to improving customer satisfaction and maximizing company revenue, serving as a bridge between customers and R&D department.
2. Conduct after-service sales based on customer needs, propose planning proposals from a technical perspective, and cooperate with sales department to sell the equipment and services.

Work Challenge: stress from customer - request for some changes/adjustment, equipment got problem need solve on time, must follow SOP (one equipment quite expensive, have to discuss with senior)

Job requirement
1.Language proficiency : Mandarin & English
2. Spend extended periods of time in cleanroom
3.Business trips (in Taiwan or oversars), overtime, and on-call / shift work.
4.Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering related fields. (Chemistry, Automation, Material can try)

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
