Job Description & Details

Position: Marketing Manager
Salary: RM9,000 – RM10,000 ($3,000 - $3,400)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Working Days: Monday – Friday (Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Location: 1 Joo Chiat Road, *************, Joo Chiat Complex, Singapore 420001

Job Scope

1) Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to achieve company marketing objectives and increase customer engagement.
2) Develop and implement effective marketing strategies by allocating resources, budget, and channels to support business growth.
3) Design and manage digital marketing funnels to generate leads and improve conversion rates.
4) Implement strategies to grow the company’s customer database through online and offline lead generation activities.
5) Manage customer communities through platforms to improve engagement and retention.
6) Oversee digital marketing activities across platforms and CRM systems.
7) Monitor marketing KPIs, analyse campaign performance, and prepare reports to improve marketing strategies.
8) Analyse consumer behaviour and apply marketing psychology insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
9) Coordinate with internal teams such as design, operations, and sales to ensure smooth campaign execution.
10) Develop and maintain marketing systems such as content calendars, campaign workflows, and performance dashboards.
