Job Description:

Harvik Rubber Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible and hands-on Unit Supervisor, Electrical to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will support electrical maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to ensure smooth operations in our production facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, facilities and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and rectify electrical faults to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Assist in electrical upgrades and improvement projects as needed.
• Willing to work in rotating shifts (day/night).

Requirements:

• Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) or equivalent qualification.
• AO Certificate holder is an added advantage.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in electrical preventive maintenance in manufacturing or factory setting.
• Good understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and control panels.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shift rotation and respond to emergency calls when required.
