We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with experience in IT Staffing or IT Recruitment Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, developing long-term business relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for IT staffing and recruitment services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Understand client hiring requirements and provide suitable staffing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of candidates.
• Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development within IT Staffing or IT Recruitment.
• Proven experience in new client acquisition (Hunter profile).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and hiring processes.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience selling IT staffing, contract staffing, or recruitment services.
• Existing client network is an advantage.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools.
