Job Description

Responsibilities

UWCSEA Dover is seeking an Admissions Officer for September 2026 to manage day student applications and guide families from enquiry to enrolment.


Reporting to the Admissions Manager, this role serves as the primary contact for prospective families, conducting reviews, coordinating assessments, and ensuring a seamless experience. Ideal candidates bring intercultural competence, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to our mission of unifying people through education. Priority is given to candidates available for a September start.


The Day-to-Day

  • Manage day application caseloads by responding to enquiries, holding meetings, conducting campus tours, and maintaining HubSpot records.
  • Review applications, request references, coordinate interviews, and process final enrolments including subject selection and orientation.
  • Liaise with families and the Ministry of Education (MOE) for waiver applications while maintaining ongoing communication.
  • Partner with Marketing for recruitment events, Open Days, and outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate across school departments and support the wider Admissions team, including peer buddying.


The Details

  • Relevant university degree with at least two years of customer-focused experience, preferably in an international school or university admissions setting.
  • Exceptional organization, database/spreadsheet skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask independently.
  • High-energy, collaborative team player with strong English communication skills; multilingual abilities in Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin are a strong asset.
