Richtech International is set to launch an offshore engineering construction project in Malaysia in November, 2026. And we are now recruiting several candidates for relevant positions with the following requirements:

1. A minimum of 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in offshore engineering;
2. Proven track record working on overseas projects in related disciplines;
3. Willing to be based in Malaysia for the project tenure;
4. Fixed-term project contract with a duration of 1 to 1.5 years;
5. Fluent English communication capability.

1. FPSO Conversion Manager(Bachelor, 15yrs+)
2. Construction Lead(Bachelor, 15yrs+)
3. Hook Up & Commissioning Lead(Bachelor, 10yrs+)
4. Interface Lead(Bachelor, 10yrs+)
5. Installation Lead(Bachelor, 10yrs+)
6. Lead Discipline Engineer for SURF*1 and Subsea Engineering*1(Bachelor, 10yrs+)
