In This Role You Will:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with TRD Energy’s brand and objectives.
• Assist in creating compelling content, including social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials.
• Execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Identify target customer segments and develop strategies to attract and engage them effectively.
• Participate in the planning and execution of sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and customer outreach.
• Manage and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel, aiming to convert prospects into loyal customers.
• Assist in organizing events, webinars, and promotions to showcase solar services and value.
• Monitor and analyse marketing and sales metrics to track performance and make data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to contribute fresh ideas and strategies.
  
  

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have:

Educational Background:

• Obtained or currently studying for minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, User interface/experience, Business, Marketing, or related degree.
• Enrolled in a University Degree program or graduated in the past 6 months.
• Open to Malaysian and non-Malaysian students and fresh grads.
  
  

Required Skills:

• Working knowledge and implementation of Google Suites, computers and current communication technology as work tools.
• Strong proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (BM) essential (oral and written).
• Great communication and people skills.
  
  

Great Attitude:

• Ability to report on a regular and punctual basis, despite working in a flexible schedule environment.
• Passionate in clean and sustainable energy or in working on real-world climate change solutions.
