Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Masseur / Massage Therapist to provide professional massage treatments that promote relaxation, relieve muscle tension, and enhance customers' overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, and other approved therapies to promote relaxation and relieve muscle tension
• Assess customers' needs to recommend suitable massage treatments and wellness packages that enhance well-being
• Create a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment for customers throughout each treatment session
• Prepare treatment rooms, massage oils, towels, and equipment before appointments to ensure readiness
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment following company SOPs and hygiene protocols
• Follow company service standards and hygiene protocols consistently during all treatments
• Promote and upsell massage packages, memberships, and wellness services to increase customer engagement
• Maintain accurate customer treatment records as required to support service quality and follow-up
• Build strong customer relationships through professional and friendly interactions to encourage repeat visits and referrals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Certificate in Massage Therapy or a related qualification is preferred
• Previous experience as a Masseur or Massage Therapist is an advantage
• Knowledge of various massage techniques and body treatments
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented with a professional and friendly attitude
• Physically fit and able to perform massage treatments for extended periods
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
