Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Outdoor AdventureEducator to join our Outdoor Adventure team. You will have the opportunity tolead camping activities, facilitate learning, and ensure the well-being ofstudents at all our Outdoor Adventure programs. Through impactful, high-qualitycamp programmes, we want to inspire, engage, and equip young people with theskills to thrive. In addition, you will contribute to refining programmes,support the growth of Associate Trainers, and ensure seamless operationaldelivery in alignment with our Youth Development Framework.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outdoor adventure camp programmes and facilitate students' reflection and learning 
  • Ensure students' safety through clear safety instructions and strict adherence to procedures 
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for camp activities
  • Plan and evaluate the camp programme, to ensure achievement of learning outcomes.
  • Deliver engaging, high-quality activities that foster active participation and meaningful learning in youth development programmes
  • Manage training operations including scheduling trainers, managing inventory, and compiling impact reports to ensure smooth programme execution
  • Maintain focus on quality, learner experience, and operational efficiency throughout programme delivery

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Possess passion for character development in students
  • Keen interest in outdoor adventure activities 
  • Demonstrate energetic, approachable, and passionate engagement with youth
  • Capability to perform and supervise activities at height and in waters
  • Physical fitness and mental resilience to carry out responsibilities effectively.
  • Experience conducting outdoor activities for students is preferred
  • Exhibit a willingness to learn, adapt, and experiment with new training approaches
  • Prior experience working with youth is preferred; fresh graduates with the right mindset are welcome
  • ACCT and First Aid Certification will be a bonus
