Sales & Business Development Executive

Our client is a leading cyanoacrylate adhesive manufacturer with a strong presence across Southeast Asia and international markets. With fully integrated R&D and manufacturing capabilities, they continue to expand their global footprint.

The Role

• Manage existing accounts and develop new customers and markets.
• Handle enquiries, quotations, pricing negotiations, orders, and deliveries.
• Support distributors with market development, product knowledge and sales initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
• Conduct client visits and participate in international trade fairs.
• Work with internal teams and external partners on trademark/product infringement matters.
• Support other commercial projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Diploma/degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ sales or business development experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, independent and commercially driven.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel regionally
