Responsibilities

️ Quantity Surveyor

 Location: Singapore
 Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor / Contract Executive to join our dynamic construction team. You’ll play a key role in managing both pre- and post-contract activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle pre- and post-contract administration for construction projects.
  • Conduct tender taking-off, vendor sourcing, and cost estimation.
  • Prepare tender submissions, including measurements, quotations, costing reports, and documentation.
  • Compile cost breakdowns, technical data, and drawings in response to tender queries.
  • Perform cost analysis and negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and assist in tender documentation.
  • Monitor cost budgets, perform cost control, and maximize project profitability.
  • Attend project and consultant meetings, prepare variation work costingsprogress claims, and final accounts.
  • Support the Project Team with cost, contract, and progress verification throughout all project stages.
  • Participate in project review meetings and handle client requirements effectively.
  • Undertake any other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity SurveyingBuildingConstruction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction project cost management.
  • Strong understanding of contract administrationtendering, and cost control.
  • Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive team player with strong attention to detail and time management.
