Job Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automated assembly machines

• Operate production and loading machines while following strict safety procedures

• Perform component and final assembly, including packing and palletizing of products

• Follow process sheets and Operating Work Instructions (OWI)

• Perform in-process quality inspections to ensure product quality

• Label, pack, and prepare products for shipment

• Handle and move materials using lifting equipment such as pallet jacks and trolleys

• Assist with basic machine setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area through daily 5S practices

• Comply with all company policies, security requirements, and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) regulations

• Meet daily production output targets

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing, or a related field

• Able to perform basic machine setup and operate automated production equipment

• Able to use basic measuring tools such as calipers and gauges for quality inspection

• Able to identify and report basic machine faults

• Willing to work in a manufacturing or production environment

• Willing to work overtime (OT) based on production requirements
