SNIP AVENUE GROUP Hiring! Full Time HR Executive in Southeast (Singapore), Earn up to SGD 4,000 - Ricebowl

Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,000 (commensurate with experience)

Working Days: 5-day work week

Working Location: East Singapore (Walking distance from Paya Lebar MRT)

Responsibilities

* Manage the full recruitment process, including manpower planning, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding and offboarding.
* Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee records.
* Prepare and process monthly payroll, including verification of attendance, timesheets, overtime, leave and staff claims.
* Manage staff attendance, leave administration and HR documentation.
* Process Work Permit, S Pass and Employment Pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
* Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, employment laws and company HR policies.
* Maintain accurate HR records, reports and documentation.
* Prepare HR reports and provide timely HR updates to Management.
* Support HR operations across the Group’s businesses.
* Liaise with department heads and outlet managers on manpower planning and staffing requirements.
* Work closely with Management to improve HR processes, productivity and workplace culture.
* Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

* Relevant HR experience is preferred.
* Knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations and employment practices is an advantage.
* Experience in payroll processing is preferred.
* Experience with Info-Tech HRMS or similar HR/payroll systems is an advantage.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Responsible, proactive and detail-oriented.
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
